Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to submit a return request or contact our dedicated WhatsApp support line with your order ID.
- 2.Quality Inspection
Once your request is logged, our technical team will review the claim; please ensure you have the original packaging, warranty card, and all accessories intact.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Pack the device securely to prevent damage during transit and attach the return label provided by our customer service team to the outside of the box.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
After receiving and verifying the item at our warehouse, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch a brand-new replacement within 3-5 business days.
